Click on the "Model generation" button  in RAPiD Design to display the "Import Method" window.
The file name is the part number and any string can be entered before or after.

The property information required for the design is provided in advance.
*The property information not outlined with a border is the information required for data management of RAPiD Design models.

Open "Settings" from the top right of the model selection screen and double click on "User Property Name" within the frame to enable text input.
When the property name is determined by internal company requirements, edit this before using the name.
When you want to use the same property name internally, export property name settings to CSV and import them elsewhere to use them.

You can use SOLIDWORKS functions to use property information to create a BOM (bill of materials) .

1. Insert BOM (bill of materials).

2. Insert an example and refer to property information.
The BOM (bill of materials) can also be exported to Excel.
